1. God wants to be invited into our communities!
   1. Prayer – desperate prayer for His Presence.
   2. There is no price that is too great.
   3. To increase the capacity of our hearts, we must first be emptied of our satisfaction.

   1. In essence to be change agents in our city, we must be changed agents.
      
      
3. Corporate revival begins with individual obedience.
   1.  It’s not what we do but why we do it.
   2. Abiding in His Presence.
      
      
4. Biblical unity is a majority with God.
   1. You cannot work for total unity in the community.
   2. Unity in crying out to Him.
      
      
5. Breakthrough prayer releases destiny.
   1. Prayer with determination.
      
   2. We are a part of God’s destiny.
      
      
6. God’s work will always be unique in a community.
   1. His presence will be manifested in the community.
   2. God’s unique approach is often hindered by our pride.
      
      
7. God uses Servant Leadership.
   1. Persevering Leadership – will not give up when the going gets tough.
   2. We are not in the ministry for a quick start.
      

What is Community Transformation?

A place where divine fire has not only been summoned but has fallen.
The culture has been impacted by the full measure of the Kingdom of God.
It is for every level of society.
It is a new purpose for every one, every level in a community.
It has been changed, but not made perfect.
His presence becomes our identity (Ezekiel 48:35)

What hinders Transformation?

1. Reliance on Programs – Good ideas verses God’s ideas.

1. Program orientation is marked by impatience and pride.
2. Seeking mans answers not the counsel of God.
3. Partnering with God’s creative dynamic.
   
      
1. Lowering the bar of expectation.
   1. Settling for the moment – satisfied with ourselves and activity.
   2. We are the most immature church in the 21st century.


2. Misplaced motives.
3. No hidden agenda’s.
   
   
4. Ignorance of the past.
   1. Spiritual mapping of the community.
      
   2. What ever offends God must be repented.
      
      
5. No sence of membership – beyond meetings and cooperation.
   1. Unity is a revelation.
   2. Embracing the vision that God has given to someone else.
      
      
6.  Lack of hunger.
   1. Exceedingly busy lives hinder our seeking – only if it’s comfortable.
   2. The people of God are extremely distracted.
   3. Revival is born out of passion and not routine.

Transformation!

Imagine a community where 85% are born again.
Jails close for a lack of crime.
Agricultural productivity rival Biblical proportions.
Imagine a community where 60,000 individuals jam stadiums to hear the word of God.
Where united churches take the lead in public education and health care.
Where barren land now becomes fruitful.
Where epidemic, abuse and suicide gives way to hope and healing.
Where believers travel for miles to hear the Gospel.
Imagine a region where a canopy of unity extends over every denomination.
Imagine a region that has come into covenant relationship with God.
